The Second City, celebrating it’s 50th anniversary in 2009, has long been referred to as the “Ivy League of Comedy”.

The Second City Studio Theatre in Hollywood is an extension of the The Second City Training Center here, where both students and alumni of the Resident Company stages regularly perform. The venue hosts a 49 seat theatre and multiple classrooms which could be used as alternative performance spaces. Check out Classroom A—it’s a 35X35’ space with hardwoord floors!

Parking is available in nearby lots, but street parking is hard to come by in Hollywood.
